Telford & Wrekin Council’s cabinet member for Visitor Economy and the World Heritage site has welcomed a group of tourism leaders from a Norwegian World Heritage city to the Ironbridge Gorge.

Parogon Group’s seventh venue has officially opened to the public with week night bookings already almost at capacity.

Created especially for younger people accompanied by their grownups, Candy and Cobwebs is a Halloween trick or treat event for families and under 10s at Blists Hill Victorian Town, near Ironbridge on 31 October and 1 November, 5pm-7pm.

Dale End Park will transform into a film venue later this month as it gets ready to host four fantastic family films.

This year’s cast have arrived in Telford to celebrate the town’s 20th pantomime and give people a flavour of what audiences can expect from this year’s show at The Place Telford.
