At Dovetail, woodworking courses/workshops have been designed for individuals with a range of experience.
This includes the beginner - taking up woodwork for the first time, to those with a degree of know-how looking to move on to the next stage or improve their skills.

The traditional workshop is based just over the Shropshire boarder in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside within the old canal boat maintenance building at Norbury Wharf; 15 miles north east of Telford.

The emphasis of courses is on the use of hand tools, traditional methods of construction and the fundamentals of woodworking.

So if you enjoy learning something new, why not turn that experience into a skill and feel the sense of achievement in crafting timber into a handsome object to take home.
