Modernised inside, Basils at The Haughmond is a fine dining restaurant, offering exquisite 4 course set menus with great wines. Basils is a stand alone restaurant seating up to 18 covers on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. Thursdays offer 3 courses of freshly caught fish dishes, whilst Friday and Saturday menus explore further from the sea.
